Miscommunication Had a flat tire and a related problem due to the flat tire. Vehicle towed to W&L. I was told my tire was fixed and they were waiting for another par Had a flat tire and a related problem due to the flat tire. Vehicle towed to W&L. I was told my tire was fixed and they were waiting for another part. I was quoted that the cost would be around $100. When I picked up the car, the cost was $285. The tire needed replaced, but I wasn't told about that. Other than the miscommunication and high price, the service department is good. More

I was told at first that since it had bee Our 2017 Subaru Forester was making a noise like it was in a lower gear when on the highway, but it wasn't. I was told at first that since it had been sitting in the garage for several weeks, corrosion could have developed on the brakes and that would account for the noise for a few days. When the noise persisted after several hundred miles of travel, I took the car back and the service staff discovered the problem was with the rear wheel bearings and the were replaced. I was somewhat surprised that after only 18,000 miles the wheel bearings needed to be replaced. I hope that the quality of the replacements is considerably better than the original parts. More

Great service! I took my car to W&L for servicing. This was my first time having this done at a dealership. It was great! They did exactly what I wanted, and ran t I took my car to W&L for servicing. Need to be on top of things First the positives: We were able to get our tire fixed within one week. Because our tire was a special order, the service department fitted us with our spare to drive on for 4 days. After the initial visit, our car was rinsed off. The representatives were friendly. The waiting room is equipped with many snacks and drinks, and the chairs are comfy. The negatives: The rep needed to be reminded that I had purchased the tires initially through them. (He went back to check his data after my insistence). When we returned 4 days later to have the delivered tire mounted he didn't know that they had kept the wheel, and came out to ask me what I had done with it. I'm thinking these things should be recorded on one's file?? After a mucky weekend of driving, I was looking forward to having a rinsed vehicle, but it was not. My dissatisfaction is that in this day and age, when information is at one's finger tips. I would expect the center to be better informed before approaching the customer in error. Or maybe asking more questions upon entry? While everything turned out OK in the end, the experience added to my stress level. (already high with health appointments, the holidays, and care giving) More
