They go above and beyond. My one problem is we bought an extended warranty from them on a non Subaru and the service writer gave me crap about not knowing what needed to be do My one problem is we bought an extended warranty from them on a non Subaru and the service writer gave me crap about not knowing what needed to be done on our vehicle at the 30k milestone after they send me a carfax email saying that it needed 30k service. I wont be buying an extended warranty ever again. More

Roy Beck and W&L Subaru are the reason I keep coming back for service at their location, which is much further away than the nearest Subaru dealership to my home. Roy has always been respectful and never pu for service at their location, which is much further away than the nearest Subaru dealership to my home. Everyone at this dealership will treat you with respect, and you feel as though you are important to them as people, not just as customers. That has been my experience. More
