Every time I have the oil changed, my oil change tag is never punched. Why give customers this tag when you fail to punch it so you don’t have to give a free oil change. This is the first time I've had a less than stellar experience. I had an appointment for service on Friday 9/13 and if it wasn't for daily prompting for a status update, I'm not sure when I would have experience. I had an appointment for service on Friday 9/13 and if it wasn't for daily prompting for a status update, I'm not sure when I would have gotten my car back. I was told on several occasions that drop offs aren't priority, but I had scheduled an appointment. It was also frustrating that I was told daily my vehicle would be put on the machine to determine what is wrong when all that was completed was a manual check of the oil level, followed by an oil change. I am grateful the service was completed without charge, likely due to my dissatisfaction with the process and the fact I bought this certified used vehicle about 1 months earlier. Overall Owen and team were very professional and resolved my issue, I just wish there was clearer communication and expectations set (appointment vs drop off status). More
