W&L Subaru - Service Center

love the dealership but will never use their collision center again ! Very Nasty and accusatory . In the few years since i became a customer 2023 i purchased 2 new vehicles and have all 3 of my subarus se center again ! Very Nasty and accusatory . In the few years since i became a customer 2023 i purchased 2 new vehicles and have all 3 of my subarus serviced there . So when our 24 was hit we figured who better to do the collision repair ? well i dont know what the car even looks like now but i can say never again just on the phone experiance i had with one of the employees there. Shame i have given all 5 star reviews till now but being spoken to like i was a deadbeat on some check that was sent directly to them. AS a matter of fact, we directed our insurance co to send ALL payments directly to them. And oh boy, why wouldn't i pay the 500 $ deductible on a brand-new car that i need back ?I never have been spoken to like this by anyone else at W&L and hope this doesn't spread to the dealership . But i assure you next time i see the owner i will discuss this with him personally and suggest he has a talk with this person on customer relations and tactfulness and respect for customers ! More

My 2021 Subaru WRX had a low tire pressure light on and the RF window was inoperable from the driver side switch. The car has approx 300 miles on it and the factory warranty just expired in August. At the time I called, I asked if they would submit the repairs under warranty. They said they would try. On the day of my appointment, I was told that they couldn't submit the repairs under warranty and I was charged $84.00. I think the repairs should have been covered or at least submitted to Subaru like I was told they would do. I'm not happy with the bill for my car which just ran out of factory warranty. All they did was add air to the tires, reset the light and the computer. More

Part ordered but not delivered. Not notified causing unnecessary 40 minute drive to W&L. Negligence will keep me using alternative mechanic unless absolutely necessary to use Subaru dealer. More
