This is the first time I've had a less than stellar experience. I had an appointment for service on Friday 9/13 and if it wasn't for daily prompting for a status update, I'm not sure when I would have experience. I had an appointment for service on Friday 9/13 and if it wasn't for daily prompting for a status update, I'm not sure when I would have gotten my car back. I was told on several occasions that drop offs aren't priority, but I had scheduled an appointment. It was also frustrating that I was told daily my vehicle would be put on the machine to determine what is wrong when all that was completed was a manual check of the oil level, followed by an oil change. I am grateful the service was completed without charge, likely due to my dissatisfaction with the process and the fact I bought this certified used vehicle about 1 months earlier. Overall Owen and team were very professional and resolved my issue, I just wish there was clearer communication and expectations set (appointment vs drop off status). More

2013 Outback 115,000 miles. I was preparing for retirement so I bought this vehicle new.. Extremely disappointed with over $4500 in repairs this year alone!!!!! Most is related I was preparing for retirement so I bought this vehicle new.. Extremely disappointed with over $4500 in repairs this year alone!!!!! Most is related to labor cost. Have always attempted to have oil changes. tire rotations, filters etc done timely. Total labor repairs so far this year were $3304.47. I would never expect this from a Subaru starting with less then 115000 miles. Subaru cars are advertised as rugged vehicles. I do no off road driving. My last Subaru LL Bean I passed to my daughter. It had 220000 miles. She drove it and put on another 25,000 - 30,000 miles than sold it and I understand it is still road worthy. Never did I have these extreme repairs with my LL Bean. All repairs were normal wear and tear issues. I am aware a class action lawsuit was filled on multiple Subaru Vehicles. 2013 were involved. One big issue was the abnormal breakdown of Seals and Gaskets.. Same problem I was told I had to have repaired this time. I was told if not repaired it would not pass inspection because the leak could cause a fire. At my age that scared me. Staff said my model was not involved in the class action suit yet I am having the same issues involved in that class action suit. Including the frequent need to replace Bulbs. Very, Very disappointed in this vehicle considering the extremely low mileage I had when I started having issue. More
