Came back for inspection on ‘24 crosstrek, told my tires needed to be replaced, and that an issue I was having was not part of my package so I’d have to pay out of pocket… completely unacceptable. The last vehicle I bought was an Ascent. It was more than I needed, But it was the first vehicle that I felt comfortable in. All the other vehicles were too cramped, no leg room. They go above and beyond. My one problem is we bought an extended warranty from them on a non Subaru and the service writer gave me crap about not knowing what needed to be do My one problem is we bought an extended warranty from them on a non Subaru and the service writer gave me crap about not knowing what needed to be done on our vehicle at the 30k milestone after they send me a carfax email saying that it needed 30k service. I wont be buying an extended warranty ever again. More

Roy Beck and W&L Subaru are the reason I keep coming back for service at their location, which is much further away than the nearest Subaru dealership to my home. Roy has always been respectful and never pu for service at their location, which is much further away than the nearest Subaru dealership to my home. Roy has always been respectful and never pushing unnecessary service on my car. His staff has always done an excellent job in caring for our service needs. Everyone at this dealership will treat you with respect, and you feel as though you are important to them as people, not just as customers. That has been my experience. More
