I arrived into the repair shop and was requested to wait in my car. I was not updated of the duration of the wait or what the next step of the service process was. I was grateful to be issued a mask however in my car. I was not updated of the duration of the wait or what the next step of the service process was. I was grateful to be issued a mask however when i stepped out of my vehicle i was asked to just wait for the representative who was going to assist me. The first representative knocked on my window to request to write down the miles on the odometer without introducing himself. I was the informed that Tony would be the representative assisting me the rest of the time as the first representative was covering him for lunch. I was updated during my two hour wait or on check out. I was informed my car was ready and the final receipt was not reviewed with me. Once i stepped into my car i noticed i needed to have my battery changed on the key and asked if i could purchase the battery. The battery was provided without a fee however this approach is not a good substitute for customer service. I also noticed the steering wheel platic had been left on the steering wheel. Poor customer service from initial contact to last contact. More
