I waited 45 minutes to check in for service, despite making an appointment. They added 50% repair to estimate without checking the car. Tire pressure light issue not resolved. I never had to wait to see Marcus, he was always ready for me. When I took delivery of my new car he made sure everything was programmed in for me, bluetooth, radio etc. & that I had a level of comfort to operate the features of the vehicle. What was really appreciated was that he understood I needed assistance getting my previous vehicle, not a MBZ to the body shop & back so I could turn it in to the dealership & he took care of handling that for me as well. I was very impressed with the extra service there & would tell anyone who was looking for a Mercedes to speak with Marcus. More
