I recently purchased a 2012 350 SLK for my wife. The fleet sales person with whom I dealt was named Marcus Jerry. He was sensational in every respect. He arranged for the car to be delivered immediately and took care of every detail requested by my wife including tinting of certain windows. Marcus was extremely helpful in showing my wife how to use the new technology in the car and was very patient and was very patient when she came back again to ask follow up questions. Marcus also arranged for someone from Simonson to come to our house to the garage opener with the garage opener in our garage. Marcus also arranged for the car to be buffed in a couple of places where needed. The service provided by Marcus was exceptional in every respect. He could not have been nicer or more helpful. It was an extremely pleasant auto purchasing experience. I have purchased 5 successive Mercedes from Simonson (since 1983) and have always been very pleased. More
here's the letter i wrote to the santa monica mbz manager: my experience with your salesperson rebecca was nothing short of absolutely OUTSTANDING!!!! i originally dealt with ted feightner but he manager: my experience with your salesperson rebecca was nothing short of absolutely OUTSTANDING!!!! i originally dealt with ted feightner but he was shortly transferred to a different dept. he too was excellent. i also had dealings with lee the manager. there was a mistake made on his part when finalizing my deal. it was a temporary glitch but a financial one and the error was on his part. the reason i mention this at all is because we all make mistakes in life and the important thing is to take responsibility by admitting the mistake and then to stand behind your word. the answer here to lee is yes on both counts, which was very impressive. he turned a small, minor negative glitch into a huge positive experience for me! to say that rebecca webb was patient would be the understatement of the year. i was EXTREMELY WISHY WASHY on which car i wanted. she let me drive them all! the c 2 door, c 4 door, e 2 door, e 4 door, ml suv. i'm surprised i didn't test drive her own car! i also came back to the dealership and embarrassing amount of times - many of which i'd go see and sit in the cars myself on the down-low, hoping not to be noticed as i felt silly coming back again. when she'd spot me i'd say "i'm not here". she never made me feel uncomfortable. quite the opposite. she was always engaging, social, professional and pleasant! she was amazing!!! as a realtor of 27 years, i know when i'm being "closed" and not once did she ever try. not even an inch. she provided me with outstanding service, shared her incredible knowledge of the products and allowed me to come to my own conclusions. organically. "car sales like it should be"... the finance guy carl was quite pleasant as well. he explained and summarized the contracts clearly, efficiently and pleasantly, (something i pride myself in doing for my real estate clients.) i am a very very very satisfied wi simonsin customer and will DEFINITELY be referring business to this dealership! i am new to the mbz brand and all 5 of my previous cars have been bmw's. for the record, in the last 8 years alone, between myself and my referrals i was responsible for EIGHT transactions to my last bmw salesperson: 3 of my own and FIVE referrals.) i will look forward to referring as much business possible to wi simonsin. in closing let me just say once again what an incredible experience i had with rebecca webb. i could go on and on about her. she even helped me fidget with the garage door opener feature after hours while she was late for her own family dinner! i hope you read this at the next sales meeting and embarrass her with praise... i would also be more than happy to sing my praises further should any potential customer or representative from mbz corporate wish to contact me. you also have my permission to share all or part of this correspondence with anyone you see fit. sincerely, damon kronsberg coldwell banker realty 310.633.4900 More
Ramin did a fine job in showing me the car I wanted at a price i was willing to pay. His customer service and assistance with the purchase of the car was phenomenal and I felt that he really cared if i was price i was willing to pay. Drove over 2 hrs with a toddler. Found pre-owned car on autrotrader.com. Internet sales rep. wasn't available on Sunday. So, we dealt with John Halaka. Beautiful car, but there is a loud noise from tir autrotrader.com. Internet sales rep. wasn't available on Sunday. So, we dealt with John Halaka. Beautiful car, but there is a loud noise from tires (unsure why while we were there). John said service dept. doesn't not open on Sunday. John gave us a little discount to compensate for our insecurity of tires, but then added $1k for additional year of warranty. So, we ended up paying more anyway than the listed price of the car. Once home, our MB mechanic said the shocks were the problem. We called John to let him know about the problem, he didn't seem to really care. He said to take car to any dealership in our town (meaning, not his dealership). But, the big problem now is that shocks may not be covered in the car's warranty. Bottom line, spent over $30K for certified pre-owned car. In one week of ownership, I am looking at over $1000 in repairs and new tire costs, just to get car running safely. Great. The relatively fair price of the car was to reflect the hidden price of all the repairs you have to make to drive the car safely. I don't recommend you purchasing here. More

Karnit was patient and friendly. She took the time to answer all our questions and gave us a great deal. She even let us test drive the car to our house to see if it would fit in the garage. We walked into the dealership just to look, not having decided what brand of car to buy, although I knew I wanted a smaller SUV and was leaning towards the smaller version of the Volvo I had previously. After looking at a few cars and test driving one, we talked with Rebecca and she explained the packages and options and found a car that was exactly what I wanted at a great price. I went out of town a few days later and she emailed me to keep me posted on where the car was and when it would arrive. The day after I got home, I picked up my new car and she spent more than 2 hours with me explaining all of the features. Even presented it with a giant red bow on the hood. I couldn't be happier! My experience at WI Simonson was to my surprise, very very pleasant, and I chalk this up to all of Ms Webb's efforts to get me what I wanted in the way I wanted, which was: without spending much time at very pleasant, and I chalk this up to all of Ms Webb's efforts to get me what I wanted in the way I wanted, which was: without spending much time at the dealership dickering and doing paperwork, or spending an unfair amount. I dread it when I need a new car, because the process is usually so slimy and unnecessarily time consuming; my time with Rebeca Webb was efficient and so pleasantly respectful I would urge anyone to go buy a Mercedes from Rebecca because the cars are wonderful and you will be treated really well! Even if you don't think you want a Mercedes! More
