Prior to being referred to her, I was having such a miserable time at other Benz and BMW dealerships getting the car I wanted. Other dealers were rude and utterly inattentive, especially when they realized I wanted to special order my car (obviously I am not the only person with that experience!) Then when my friend referred me to Karnit, I was pleasantly surprised. Karnit was nice, professional, honest and efficient. Unlike other dealers, she looked to satisfy my needs, as opposed to the needs of the dealer only. Karnit finally found the car I was looking for, so I didn’t need to wait for a special order car (which makes me wonder why other sales persons couldn’t or wouldn’t do that before). She presented me with several financing options as well to choose from without my asking even. If I were to order another MB in the future, I would definitely go back to Karnit. More

Despite numerous interests from other customers, and their willingness to pay more for the used vehicle, John kept the F-150 for me, as promised. (I was in Iowa when I first expressed interest in the vehicle. It wasn't until a week later that I was able to meet John in person. Sure enough, when I arrived at the dealership, the pick-up truck was there and it was immaculate.) When I asked that the vehicle be delivered on Sunday, June 17, John made it happen. Despite it being his day off and more importantly Father's Day, John personally delivered the vehicle. (He had his family with him and I got to meet them briefly.)
