I'd been looking for a few months for a used 2012 Mercedes c250 coupe with little miles that was certified and still under warranty. As you could imagine, this was a difficult task, so as soon as I found one online listed at WI Simonson with only 6500 miles at an AMAZING price, I quickly called and spoke with Bill and made an appt to come in the next day. Bill is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. I test drove the car, fell in love on the spot and decided to buy it! I came in already financed, but they were able to find me a comparable loan with Wells Fargo, and as long as the rate and terms were the same, that was fine by me! The car had a few minor scratches on the bumper, not really a big deal but Bill and Dave worked to have the car touched up completely at no expense to me - it looks, feels and smells brand new. Even got a good deal on an extended warranty, taking my warranty to 2018! And because I decided not to trade in my other car that's already paid for, Bill and another staff member followed me home so that I could get my new and old car back to my place - talk about customer service! This by far has been one of the best car-buying experiences ever. I never once felt like I was getting a bad deal or being taken advantage of because I'm a woman! Everyone at WI Simonson has been kind and helpful, and Bill is a great guy! I would definitely recommend this dealer if you are looking for a hassle-free, honest and friendly car-buying experience! And make sure you ask for Bill Hagen!! More

He's helped me for the past six years and even with all the other luxury vehicle options to choose from (and I've looked), I continue to stay with Mercedes because, yes, its a wonderful car/SUV, but a huge reason for staying in the "family" is that he has taken very good care of me. From leasing my new car to always being available to help after the sale, he's truly a blessing. He helped me understand all of my choices for a new car. As a mom (since he's a father), he reminded me of the details that I would find helpful. Once I knew the car I wanted - ML350 - negotiating was not painful and then the paperwork was super easy. Truly in and out and on my way. I definitely recommend Marcus Jerry as I know you'll receive the same treatment as I've received. More

I want to express my appreciation to your receiptionist Kimi K. Araham. I lost my key on a Sunday and had to have my car tolled to the dealership. By the time the car arrived, it was after hour. Kimi Araham went out of her way to help me out by allowing me leave my car in the MB's parking lot so I don't have to come back the next morning. She save a lot of time and hassle. The first part of the review involves the salesperson, Karnit Aricha. She was very helpful and friendly, provided me with a fair deal, and I have only positive things to say about her and her performance. She was, overall, very good. I recommend her highly. The second part of the review has to do with the finance department. After Karnit and I agreed upon a car and a price, I went to the finance dept. across the street, supposedly to sign the lease papers. Instead, the fellow there first tried to sell me a bunch of warranties that I did not need or want. Even when I declined, he kept pushing. Then, when he finally produced a lease for me to sign, IT WAS NOT AT THE PRICE AT WHICH KARNIT AND I HAD AGREED. When I pointed this out, he did not immediately correct it. Instead, he said that there must be a mistake AND TRIED TO GET ME TO SIGN A DEAL WITH ANOTHER PRICE, LOWER THAN WHAT HE ORIGINALLY TRIED TO PAWN OFF ON ME BUT STILL HIGHER THAN MY AGREED-UPON PRICE WITH KARNIT. It took quite a while for him to get me a lease to sign at the correct price and I had to fight with him to get it. I also had traded in a used car and the dealership was to provide me a check for the price of that car. After waiting several days without any word, I emailed the dealership and was told that they could not cut the check because they did not have a copy of my driver's license and insurance card--even though Karnit had copied them when I was there the week before. When I pointed that out, I was told, first, that my documents had been shredded and, second, that they were in another customer's file but could not be found. They actually asked me to email copies to them, as if I would put my license on the internet. When I went there to allow them to copy these materials again and pick up the check, THEY HANDED ME A CHECK IN THE WRONG AMOUNT, SHORT BY OVER $1300. This again took a long time and a lot of effort to fix. The finance people were, in my humble opinion, jerking me around and trying to get more money from me, one way or the other. I would be very careful dealing with the finance people at the dealership. More

While searching for my 2012 C250, I'd done my research and began calling local dealers to locate the car I wanted and secure the best deal. While many would either quote prices I knew were too high or try to get me into a color I didn't want or up sale me, Bill was just completely straight forward with pricing, availability and was one of the very few that actually knew the equipment options for the car! I could have saved a few hundred at another dealer (the only one that still had a sales certificate left - not Bill's fault), but I stayed with him to close the deal. He was truthful, did not push me, knew his cars and was one of the few I knew actually had my best interests at heart, rather than his commission dollar in mind! He has integrity. After the sale, there were two items that should have been included with the car and weren't, but Bill immediately get these to me - no hassle, no push back, just great customer service. He is one of the few that I'd not only recommend to friends and family, but actually already have. Hopefully Simonson will hang onto him, because he's worth following to another dealer! More
