I was able to get an appointment with 2 days with service to check my recall item. The service manage handled the arrival easily and on time. I waited 1.5 hours for the car to be check for the recall item to check my recall item. The service manage handled the arrival easily and on time. I waited 1.5 hours for the car to be check for the recall item which did not need doing, but service found 2 issues of concern for later fixing. They washed the car and very courteously returned it to me. Smooth appointment More

I arrived behind some waiting cars, but within minutes a service person came and ask for my service needs. My advisor was introduced to me. He asked if I needed a ride, but I opted to wait for the service,, I read in the cool waiting room, missing the hot chocolate that was there Before COVID Struck. Mario handed me my key with a friendly, “ MAM, your car is ready. I will have them pull it up for you. “ My car was ready and washed and sanitized..GREAT SERVICE. I arrived into the repair shop and was requested to wait in my car. I was not updated of the duration of the wait or what the next step of the service process was. I was grateful to be issued a mask however when i stepped out of my vehicle i was asked to just wait for the representative who was going to assist me. The first representative knocked on my window to request to write down the miles on the odometer without introducing himself. I was the informed that Tony would be the representative assisting me the rest of the time as the first representative was covering him for lunch. I was updated during my two hour wait or on check out. I was informed my car was ready and the final receipt was not reviewed with me. Once i stepped into my car i noticed i needed to have my battery changed on the key and asked if i could purchase the battery. The battery was provided without a fee however this approach is not a good substitute for customer service. I also noticed the steering wheel platic had been left on the steering wheel. Poor customer service from initial contact to last contact. More

All of my questions and concerns were answered quickly and efficiently without ever having to drive there physically until I was ready to work with.
