I went the first day to test drive the vehicle I wanted, and from the get go the salesperson that was helping me was very negative about what I was looking for. He doubted he had it, no one really likes tha and from the get go the salesperson that was helping me was very negative about what I was looking for. He doubted he had it, no one really likes that color combination, etc. But we found one on the lot which happened to be exactly the one I was looking for, what do you know! Well he continued to be very pushy and not all that helpful. This was my very first car buying experience on my own so I needed a little hand-holding, and while that may not be his job, he could've helped a little more and not been rude when I asked questions. So the next day I went back to working with the person who I'd originally started working with and he was very helpful, very happy to help and ultimately because of his positive/friendly attitude, he's the one that made the sale. I really appreciate him working with me and getting my payments where they needed to be, and just made me more comfortable with the car buying experience. My husband and I were in the market for a Jeep Sport Unlimited for our 18 year old son. While they did not have the vehicle I was originally looking for, John gave me such a great deal on the next model up – and I spent months researching – that I ended up leaving with an even better deal.
