As a concerned middle-class citizen, I do not have a ton of extra money, so I wanted to get my car checked and fixed as soon as possible. I set up my appointment and took time off of work to go to the dealership. When I arrived they said to me that the assessment would take around an hour. After waiting 57 minutes I went to ask how the process was going and they told me they had not even glanced at my car yet. When I asked why they said they had been over booked all morning. When I asked why they wasted my time and did not tell me this when I first arrived they said they didn’t know they were overbooked (how can you be overbooked all morning and then not know you are overbooked?). When I asked why they couldn’t tell me this half an hour or forty-five minutes in they said they did not have one second of free time (even though I was sitting 30 feet away) and there were only two people in the waiting room??? There were plenty of other employees around also where they could have had one of the other employees to tell me. I understand running behind, but to waste my time and lie about it is unacceptable…especially after I had an appointment. I will never go here again because clearly Voss Toyota does not respect their customers and their customers’ time. I left immediately. End of story. If you are thinking of going here- you should rethink your decision unless you love wasting your time and being bombarded with excuses. More
I find them candid and trustworthy. No overselling. When I take it in for service, they have their recommended list and tell me plainly what is really needed, what can wait, how some things should be priori I take it in for service, they have their recommended list and tell me plainly what is really needed, what can wait, how some things should be prioritized. There was a problem once with something that was fixed and caused another issue. I would not have known the two were related, but the service manager identified it as their problem and fixed the resulting issue at no charge. That is really the only problem I've ever had with their service and they were very pro-active on the resolution. More
when buying a used car from this place please note that they do a horrible job with inspecting their cars. their inspections only deal with the car turning on and off, if the doors open and close, and if t they do a horrible job with inspecting their cars. their inspections only deal with the car turning on and off, if the doors open and close, and if the car moves and stops. if u r going to buy a car from them please make sure that you look over the engine thoroughly because they do a horrible job making sure the engine is working 100% for the customer. I found Voss Toyota in Beavercreek an Absolutely Great Place to Buy and Service our two Toyotas! We have purchased two Toyotas from Voss this year. A 2010 Prius and a 2011 Highlander. In both situati Place to Buy and Service our two Toyotas! We have purchased two Toyotas from Voss this year. A 2010 Prius and a 2011 Highlander. In both situations we had James Bond (yes that's his name) and General Manager, Rob George serve us. No playing games, We had such a great experience in purchasing our 2010 Prius, that we returned to purchase our 2011 Highlander Limited. Why?? Because these two individuals have listened to our needs and our desires and then went "above and beyond" to meet them. After providing us a great out-the-door price for our Prius, they searched three states to find the color and feature combination we wanted. When we brought the Prius in for 5K Service, Jamie Roden, explained the Toyota Care Service program and then answered every question I had about the car. Jamie made me feel like I was the most important customer he had that day. So, when we decided to purchase our Highlander, we did alot of research and knew exactly what we wanted. Again, James & Rob listened and made us feel like family. Again we got an exceptional out-the-door price. Again, our choices required extensive searches. No quibbling, no complaining, just outstanding service to provide us with just the right SUV! My wife and I can, without reservation, highly recommend Voss Toyota if you want REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Went in with the intent to purchase a car. The salesman had no knowledge of the cars they offered, the features, etc. Said he was new to the lot, but we assume it was his first day selling cars. We made an had no knowledge of the cars they offered, the features, etc. Said he was new to the lot, but we assume it was his first day selling cars. We made an offer on a the car we were wanting. He left us sitting at the desk and then came back and said "NO". I said, No counter offer?? He said oh I can ask. We said forget it! We went and dealt with Walker Toyota in Miamisburg and had a great experience. Dont waste your time! More
