I have bought 2 cars and have spent tens of thousands of dollars on repairs over the last 15 years with this dealership and they have lost a lifelong customer. I originally paid for an oil change which was dollars on repairs over the last 15 years with this dealership and they have lost a lifelong customer. I originally paid for an oil change which was never serviced on my car. I came back later to get this fixed. When I came in to collect my car, they charged me again for another oil change. Instead of doing the work for free to rectify the situation they double downed and 4 staff members ganged up on me, manager included and blamed the issue on burning the oil. 7000 miles of oil in 4 months of barely driving the car! That is impossible! Rather than admit the mistake and fix it, they doubled down and said they could fix my engine for $600 and there is good chance it could hurt your engine. All this for 5 Quarts of oil! Never buy or have maintenance preformed from them. If they scammed lifelong customer, they would do it to you! More
Been try to get the strip on the back of my ve now under the hatch back took it back three times to get it fixed the last time I took it back I waited three. Service by a bunch of backyard yokels Genesis G-90 in for first service and to fix a noisy vent fan in the rear of the center console. Told our service rep was "Steve". Steve greeted us with "Hey, Y'all, Howez y'all doin?" He wore a baseball cap and a dirty Colts jersey. While signing us in he told us a story about taking one of these cars out on the highway and "getting it up to 115mph." Told us car would be ready that evening. Nat a word. We called. Call was dropped three times before we got a hold of Steve. He said they had been "busting their butts" trying to figure out how to get the center console apart, and they needed to keep the car another day, They kept the car for three more days. Never called us. We got to talk to someone about every fifth call to them. More excuses about how hard it was to work on this car. When we finally got the car back. The navigation system controls on the console didn't work. Took another visit to get that fixed. Every visit they only talked to me, not my wife --who is the owner. Called us youze guys. AS we left the last time Steve yelled "Thank you. Now y'all come on back" Not bloody likely More

The staff were very friendly in both the sales and service departments from start to finish. They didn't have any problems when I needed to reschedule my initial appointment due to travel delays. Keep up the good work, Voss Hyundai! I'll definitely be back for both service and future purchases! More

A few months later (today), we returned with the same issue. This time we are told that it is no longer their problem and that we could pay them to fix it or make an insurance claim for repairs. They said the paint was not faulty and that is was not something they would consider repairing. Even after I explained the prior issues and how many vehicles we have purchased through them, they still offered no help and told us "good luck". More

Yet 3 hours later Hidy Hyundai diagnose My 2011 Sonata had a steering rattle. Staff very unkindly discounted it to be a characteristic of the vehicle. Yet 3 hours later Hidy Hyundai diagnosed it as a defective steering rack and is fixing it, plus provided a loaner vehicle. Service depertment at Voss treated me in an inferior manner. Perhaps due to my age. None the less its discrimination and is unacceptable in any service industry. More
