An Experience Like No Other! First off, I want to say thank you to Brian Johnson, the manager, and their financial advisor for everything that they have done for us. In fact, their whole staff is great, welcoming, and provides service that is out of this world! My mom and I have been car shopping for the past 2 months and have not found anything substantial. All previous car dealers we went to before Voss felt like we were being rushed and that our business was not worth their time. However, when we stumbled upon Voss by accident, literally by driving by and stopping, we were greeted with warmth and superior staff. At first, we were feeling discouraged by the dealership we went to before, but once Brian and the manager spoke to us, we felt more comfortable and eager to look through their inventory. Before I forget to mention, their showroom is very nice and it created an ambiance that is high class. Back to the amazing staff. Brian helped us through the whole process and was never hesitant to show us their inventory. Their Manager and Financial Advisor are superb at their job and I would like to thank them as well for their out of this world service!
