These people are fantastic from start to finish. Car buying is usually a miserable process, but the salespeople are friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly very low pressure. I can't say enough about Tom M. - he's AWESOME. The people at the service center have been as equally stellar, and don't make me feel like a moron even though honestly I couldn't tell the difference between a spark plug and a hair plug. They've been very responsive to all of my concerns and always go the extra mile. I was having an issue with my speaker that of course never showed itself when I brought it in for service - the guys there said to bring it by whenever it happened again, and so I did. I figured I would have to wait because I showed up unannounced, but a tech came out immediately, found the problem, and I had a new speaker installed the next day. YAY MOOERS MIDLO. More

I love my Volvo C30 but I love the dealership more because I can always count on them to come through. I have had about 6 experiences with Mooers at Midlothian, the purchase and then service, and they because I can always count on them to come through. I have had about 6 experiences with Mooers at Midlothian, the purchase and then service, and they have always been polite, thoughtful, courteous and have always extended themselves to make sure that I was fully taken care of. Whether it was the loaner, immediate attention, understanding nature, or decent prices, Mooers has my trust and loyalty for always a job well done. The vehicles are wonderful, but those that stand behind them, including the warranty, is what makes my relationship with Volvo a solid one. Both of the service guys, David and Mark, are excellent and if one is busy the other takes over so you are always looked after and it is always done right. The sales experience was great too, and the other day when I went to pick up my car on a Saturday after a service was done and I returned the great loaner car, my sales person Valerie met me outside and helped me make the exchange back into my car, without ever having to even go inside. Everyone seems to think ahead and make the experience there just excellent. The cars are wonderful, the people at Mooer's are excellent, so I highly recommend Volvo to anyone that will listen. More
