Last year my Volvo wagon had a leak in one of the tires. I had 25,000 miles on the car. After waiting 90 minutes, my tire had been replaced w/ a new tire of the same brand. While I was paying my bill, I was informed that the other 3 tires all looked bad. So, they were lousy tires to begin with that were on a vehicle I paid $36,000 for. I asked why I wasn't told this before the tire was replaced because I would have chosen a better grade tire. 6 months later, I went to NTB and got 4 new Michelin tires. Last month I was in for service for a warranty item and stated that my warranty would be running out soon and would they please check the car over real well. Instead, they tried to sell me an extended warranty. Tacky lack of diplomacy. More
Every Time I come in for service I get "bent over" on the price. I can easily afford a new Volvo but I can not afford to service it. Walked in looking to purchase a new XC90 and was greeted by an elderly salesman who seemed uninterested in helping me. I am a 31 year old man who has bought over 10 cars from dealers of different makes and models. I could not believe how rude this gentleman was. He tried to locate the vehicle, but found it was being viewed by another customer. I asked him to see a comparable vehicle and he said he would try and find one. 10 minutes later I still found myself waiting for him to return. I just got up and left. I wouldnt reccomend this dealer to anyone. I worked in dealerships for 10 years, and have NEVER been treated as bad as I have at International Autos in Orland Park. There is no customer service whatsoever, and it seemed like I was just inconveniencing them. I would rather drive to the east coast to buy a car than to buy from here. More
