Quality of Service from Beginning to End...never again Unfortunately you cannot trust what the repair service area says/quotes when getting service on your vehicle here. When arriving to make payment, the two times I went there, it exceeded what was agreed on in the diagnosis callback. One of the charges was +300.00. The Service Desk personnel will swear they called with the updated charge. Please don't think to get the manager involved, the attempt laced with canned service speak with no substance. Be prepared - getting the vehicle back at the estimated day the Repair Dept. stated will also an adventure. I live in the S. Suburbs, but am forced to take may vehicle to the near North Side for service because the experience, though expensive and time consuming, is thorugh, clearly stated and efficient. Lastly, the two friend including myself who TRIED to initially buy vehicles from this location (remember we are all South Suburban residents) had such a bad experience with miscommunication within the Sales Dept., two of us purchased from North Chicago and the third person ordered his on-line, traveled overseas to pick it up (wonderful experience) and drove it to where it would be shipped to the US. Most of you wont believe my few accounts at this location, so do what I did - try them, rate your experience from beginning to end....if your total experience is not to the standards that you hold for the purchase of your vehicle, give them the benefit of doubt - consider it a fluke, then try them again and hopefully you will come to your own conclusion. I took my Volvo to have a part replaced. I have made 3 trips 1st to pay for the parts , 2nd time to have the part put on the car which was the wrong part - 3rd time to have the part put on. Well now there trips 1st to pay for the parts , 2nd time to have the part put on the car which was the wrong part - 3rd time to have the part put on. Well now there is a missing part for the car. So I called the service dept to see why that part was never ordered after being placed into Joe's vociemail 5 times in 1 day I got a return call from a semi rude JOE. Not my fault you are short staffed as I was advised. Joe said I did not ask for the cover to be ordered, I advised the part and service that i need the whole thing replaced its not my place to know with the parts need to ordered. So today I called back and spoke with the partys manager and I was advised I need to come back again and pay for the part before they will order it. I Asked the part manager why is not was ordered in the 1st place and he said you did not ask for it. If I am replacing the whole thing would that not be included. Custimer Service is very poor here. They would not odered the18 part without me coming up there to pay for it. I am not driving back to this delaer another 2 time to have this issue correct. I will take my car to Volvo of Lisle. I have been a customer here for 8 Years. I will never set foot in this dealer again. My new volvo in the spting with come from a different dealer that is FOR SURE. Very Unhappy Customers More
Called up Volvo and spoke to a wonderful Service Advisor named Joe. He guided and advised me as a professional would do. I brought my car in and rolled out the next day in my S80 happy as can be! The International Autos Volvo dealership in Orland Park has proven to me that quality and customer service is alive and well. I bought my Volvo there in 2008 and because of the customer care and service th has proven to me that quality and customer service is alive and well. I bought my Volvo there in 2008 and because of the customer care and service that I received, I bought one for my wife as well. The service staff consisting of Kevin Kuhrt, Jeremy Netzer and Mark Wilson are outstanding. I am always greeted in a professional manner and the service they provide is top-notch. My wife recently had a problem where her car wouldn't start. She called Volvo and the service department dispatched a service truck out to her immediately. They brought her car into the dealership, made sure she was OK and returned it to her within an hour. All of the service people should be commended for their outstanding concerns, service and professionalism in their job. They are one of the biggest assets in the dealerships operation and I will always buy a Volvo from them in the future. More

They know me on a first name basis, know the history of my car and always offer the best suggesti that I have been provided with from the dealership. From Art the sales person, to all of the service people to Billy the porter, I feel special every time I bring my car in for service. My wife had a problem when I was out of town recently and she called I.A. for support. They called a tow truck for her, analysis'd the problem and had her on her way within hours. All made sure that she was taken care of in a very professional manner that my wife had nothing but praise for this outstanding group of people. I will always buy my cars from this company and know that I am important to them. More

I was very happy with the sales associate. He was kind and helpful. He did everything he could to accomodate my wants. However, I was not happy with the finance associate. I live in a different state an and helpful. He did everything he could to accomodate my wants. However, I was not happy with the finance associate. I live in a different state and when he figured my taxes he did them wrong. I had to go back to the dealership to resign all the paperwork a week later. Then he ended up over charging me $530. It took several phone calls and visits to get my money back. More
Last year my Volvo wagon had a leak in one of the tires. I had 25,000 miles on the car. After waiting 90 minutes, my tire had been replaced w/ a new tire of the same brand. While I was paying my bill, I w I had 25,000 miles on the car. After waiting 90 minutes, my tire had been replaced w/ a new tire of the same brand. While I was paying my bill, I was informed that the other 3 tires all looked bad. So, they were lousy tires to begin with that were on a vehicle I paid $36,000 for. I asked why I wasn't told this before the tire was replaced because I would have chosen a better grade tire. 6 months later, I went to NTB and got 4 new Michelin tires. Last month I was in for service for a warranty item and stated that my warranty would be running out soon and would they please check the car over real well. Instead, they tried to sell me an extended warranty. Tacky lack of diplomacy. More
