Horrible, they said a complimentary car wash was included after service and the guy that dropped my car said they are busy and I have to wait another 20-30” and asked to come back later he said no. They charge to rotate tires when bmw, lexus and acura covers the service as part of the lease agreement. More

Very professional and efficient! I was greeted immediately and was explained on what would be done and at what time. I was there with my youngest daughter and was offered a shuttle back home since immediately and was explained on what would be done and at what time.
