NO INFECTION CONTROL IN PLACE. SEVERAL EMPLOYEES WALKING AROUND WITHOUT MASKS IN PLACE, SEEMED ANNOYED WHEN IT WAS POINTED OUT TO THEM. I was disappointed in yesterday's experience. I am an informed consumer who does their homework and there were a couple of issues. When I called to make the inspection appointment, I was told Volvo w informed consumer who does their homework and there were a couple of issues. When I called to make the inspection appointment, I was told Volvo would put my plates on. As I checked in yesterday, I was told that it would cost $39 for 1 front plastic bracket (I already have one on the back and amazon sells them as a pair for $15). That's fine - I expected to pay for the brackets but you replaced both brackets so apparently charged me for two? I was then told it was $80, after the fact, to screw them on. When I questioned the charges (the manhattan Volvo offered to do this as a courtesy but I couldn't get an appointment until late March) I was met with frustration and a threat to stop the inspection of my car. Then I was told, if I don't pay the money, you wouldn't pass my car so that felt like a threat as well. The manager was helpful and reduced the installation price so I did appreciate it but still left with a bad feeling. All in all, I won't be coming back. As a person who works in customer service, my advice to you is not nickel and dime customers. It's never worth it in the long run and if you take care of them, they end up coming back and spending more over time. Hopefully, you find this helpful. More

Dropped off my car early in the morning for a 10k mile service and to address certain issues. I was greeted by John who was friendly, and gave me a great time estimate of when my vehicle would be ready to service and to address certain issues. My car was returned with the entire interior drenched in a product used to “sterilize” the car after service. No attempt had been made to wipe down or dry the surfaces. The attendant who brought me my car was rude and gave me paper towels so i could dry it myself. The interior of my car is covered in stains from the product and has a smell which will not go. I reached out to one of the managers asking him to rectify this and arrange to have the car properly cleaned, i have not heard back. More
