Shuttle service was awesome Volvo Service provides shuttle within certain radius. I needed to go a bit outside of it. They still found a way to drop off and pick me up. Engine light on Just purchased my car , not even a month ago. My engine light came on the next day. I called the sale person Mr. Richard and he told me to drive the t Just purchased my car , not even a month ago. My engine light came on the next day. I called the sale person Mr. Richard and he told me to drive the the car for awhile (highway mileage) and if the engine light is still on bring it back. I have never had a chance to put highway mileage on the car so I waited for awhile . I was refused service yesterday and was told to come back. I spent 5 hours at the service center for nothing. I do not have that kind of time to waste. There is no professionalism at the service center. Horrible place! Melissa Evans was very helpful. More

Tami was exceptional in explaining what repairs my Volvo needed and even took the time to introduce me to Paul the mechanic working on my car so he could walk me through what the issues were. I felt very comfortable after our discussion. I had to return the next day but my Volvo was ready to go. I am grateful for their patience and professional service. More
Defective sending unit Now i am not normally one to write a review, but the service at Volvo cars of Queens was just so absolutely pronominal i had too! My 2003 XC90, which Now i am not normally one to write a review, but the service at Volvo cars of Queens was just so absolutely pronominal i had too! My 2003 XC90, which i have owned since new has been like a literal family member to me and my kids and even our dog! When the check engine light came on and the car began to run incredibly poor and the transmission felt like it was slipping me and my wife thought this might be the end of probably one of our dearest family members. We had the car towed into the service center where the valets were quick to greet me and get me written up. After i was introduced to our service adviser, Tammi, who assured us our vehicle was in good hands. About a week later, i found myself in the area and decided to check in and see what the scoop was on our car, To my surprise, Tammi and the tech working on out car, Joe were both at the counter discussing my car. Turns out they were about to call me and i had walked in at just the right time. This is the part i love more then anything, i was able to speak directly to the tech, who came off as very well informed and articulate in how he spoke about our car and Volvo's as a whole. Now the tech, Joe, was quick to explain our issue to be a failed TCM computer for the transmission. He told us that it was common with our cars to see them fail due to heat a moisture getting inside and that the new one he would be installing would be and updated part to prevent this from ever happening again in the future! I was ecstatic! not just because what i thought was a bad issue was just a 600 dollar fix, but that i felt comfortable with the way it was explained. I got my car back 100 percent working like a new machine. Im glad i had the pleasure to deal with both Joe and Tami. i also ave an oil change coming up on the horizon and i cant wait to be back! Thank you again guys!!! you guys rock! More
