Service took longer than was told. Was told when I scheduled appointment service would take 1 1/2 hours. Upon arrival told should be 2 hours. Service was closer to 3 hours. Quick turnaround. Very accommodating Professional. Shuttle to train station is a nice service. Quick turnaround and I was able to pick up my car after hours. Restored Faith After experiencing a not so great service a few months ago, I was hesitant to return. However, after checking in my XC90 T8 with Tami, our service adv After experiencing a not so great service a few months ago, I was hesitant to return. However, after checking in my XC90 T8 with Tami, our service advisor, the past negative experience began to fade. Tami discussed the items that will be addressed with this visit and a timeframe of how long it would take. I asked Tami to look at the passenger side vent louvers, which wasn’t working and to provide me with an estimate. In addition, I wasn’t able to adjust the HUD. While my car was being serviced, Tami kept me informed of the status. As a matter of fact, she kept all her customers updated. I was genuinely surprised at the level of customer service. When it was ready to pick up my car, my car was beautifully washed as usual. I inquired about the vent and was informed it was covered under warranty and replaced. Tami also had the technician come to the car just to show where the adjustment for the HUD was. IMPRESSIVE SERVICE! I live in Brooklyn but will definitely continue to come here to service my Volvo. Apologies for being so long winded but great service should be highlighted. More

This place is a straight rip-off. Especially if you are payi ng from your pockets. From other reviews the picture appears clear - they prey on everyone who allows it – inexperienced naïve, polite people, young ng from your pockets. They hold you waiting for as long as they see you cannot take it anymore, so you would give up anything to just leave the vampirical place. They will shamelessly drain us much from you as you would agree. To replace a battery and change oil took them 5 hours. For a new battery you would pay for the old one as much as the new doubling the total charge. Be prepared to pay $500 for a new battery and oil change when the new battery is $167 and the oil change is about $100. They refuse honoring any of their advertised offers or promotions. They explain nicely, and provide reasoning, but it appeared to be a lie, no technical specifications on the parts provided. They also trick you saying they are washing the car, in fact they just sprinkle water on the surface, that’s all. Their follow-up was clearly to get you back and spend more money and time there. To straighten this situation up they would have to compensate for the lost time, overcharge, and dishonesty. Send back the check for a reasonable overcharge. My wasted time costed already the total amount paid. Not to mention a loss not making to the paid event that night. The copy of this review might be posted on some customer review portals, including the BBB. More
