Hi, I have read your feedback regarding your experience at our Volvo service center on November 21st. I would love the opportunity to discuss it further with you. I have reviewed the documents and it appears that you arrived just before 2 pm and left at 4:30 pm. I see we did an oil change for 75.61 and the battery with testing and replacing was 321.75 for a total of 397.36 plus tax. It also shows that your request for a NYS inspection could not be accommodated as your tires would not pass. I know the inspection was offered free of charge however you could not take advantage of it without first replacing the tires. Volvo Cars of Queens is striving to accommodate and enhance the client experience always. The opportunity to speak to you and get that feedback would be greatly appreciated. I tried to reach you at 347-721-3003 however it just rings and there is not an opportunity to leave a voicemail. Please call me when it is convenient for you.

My appointment was scheduled for 11:30am. It's ~ one and a half hour drive. Your time demonstrates the wait time, how long it takes to start working on the car. That already is unacceptable. Why the battery is listed for $166... but you charge for checking the old one the same amount? No technical specs nor brand of that new battery were provided even though I stressed that I need that, and was promised to give me that info. I was assured it's a "European" battery. Was there any warranty on it? Please provide the technical specs, brand, and part number for the battery, oil, filter, etc. From the offered tires it appears you charge for the labor the same amount as each of the part costs. Is that the business model you follow? P.S.: They even passed you a wrong phone number. That proves the way they pay attention to and treat customers!
