This place is a straight rip-off. Especially if you are payi ng from your pockets. They hold you waiting for as long as they see you cannot take it anymore, so you would give up anything to just leave the vampirical place. They will shamelessly drain us much from you as you would agree. To replace a battery and change oil took them 5 hours. For a new battery you would pay for the old one as much as the new doubling the total charge. Be prepared to pay $500 for a new battery and oil change when the new battery is $167 and the oil change is about $100. They refuse honoring any of their advertised offers or promotions. They explain nicely, and provide reasoning, but it appeared to be a lie, no technical specifications on the parts provided. They also trick you saying they are washing the car, in fact they just sprinkle water on the surface, that’s all. Their follow-up was clearly to get you back and spend more money and time there. To straighten this situation up they would have to compensate for the lost time, overcharge, and dishonesty. Send back the check for a reasonable overcharge. My wasted time costed already the total amount paid. Not to mention a loss not making to the paid event that night. I called the sale person Mr. Richard and he told me to drive the the car for awhile (highway mileage) and if the engine light is still on bring it back. I have never had a chance to put highway mileage on the car so I waited for awhile . I was refused service yesterday and was told to come back. I spent 5 hours at the service center for nothing. I do not have that kind of time to waste. There is no professionalism at the service center. Horrible place! Melissa Evans was very helpful. More
