Really responsive and caring staff I’ve been a Volvo owner for over 20 years, have been loyal to a different dealership for a long time until they did me wrong. I came to Volvo cars of Queens on one random occasion and the service was so personal that when I ended up deciding on which new Volvo dealer to patronize, it’s stuck in my mind and I was welcomed with open arms. From the sales department who sold me my warrantee to the service manager,Tammi Who really looks out for her customers. Generally you go to a service department and expect some sort of nightmare, lies and deception, I trust everything they tell me is wrong and their diagnosis is accurate. Volvo cars of queens service solved a problem I had been complaining about for months to another dealer in a matter of one day diagnosis. This is quality service, definitely go there. More

Expected Better Service I have been getting my Volvo serviced at this center for the past few times in the past couple of years and the service at the front desk (Tammy F.), I have been getting my Volvo serviced at this center for the past few times in the past couple of years and the service at the front desk (Tammy F.), has been exceptional. On this occasion I was expecting better service of my car. I brought it in for a Brake Booster Sensor replacement and although that was done without an issue, there was no additional checkup done. The tire pressure system light was on and I was not informed if they encountered/suspected anything wrong with that. Washer fluid light was on and not replenished, ( I know it is not a requirement but in the past I have received that complimentary service). Lastly, the car was returned unwashed and although I didn't expect it to be detailed, I did see other cars being returned washed. I was in a tight schedule and that is the reason I did not make my concerns known to Tammy or anyone else in the center. But, I expected better service as I have in the past. More
Water leak fixed Tammy was a great liaison. My problem seems to be fixed. My Volvo V70 had a water leak whenever it rained. At, first after hours of labor, the mechani Tammy was a great liaison. My problem seems to be fixed. My Volvo V70 had a water leak whenever it rained. At, first after hours of labor, the mechanics tried to tell me there was no leak, which was impossible. I was definitely stressed out, and at the moment I felt that they were incompetent. However, I insisted that they try to locate the problem. Upon further diagnostics they changed the cowel, heater box and some other pieces as well. When they took the cowel out they broke my windshield which they replaced on the house which I appreciated. As a courtesy they also changed my cabin air filter and topped off my fluids. The car was also nicely washed when I picked it up. After about a month of service and waiting on parts I finally got my car. The service coordinator Tammy was a great liaison and gave me a 10 percent veteran/ first responder discount. I just wish they knocked some hours of labor off, where they couldn’t locate what the problem was. In the end I’m satisfied and I hope my 2004 Volvo V70 lasts another 130,000 miles. More

Failed to repair brakes and provided wrong accessories I went in for 3 tasks, they have miserably failed in 2. - Pretty new car < 10K miles, breaks where noisy and shaky at high speed. DID NOT REPAIR - I went in for 3 tasks, they have miserably failed in 2. - Pretty new car < 10K miles, breaks where noisy and shaky at high speed. DID NOT REPAIR - Bought a ski rack, provided me only with the load bars, but not the ski rack in a box. Came home to install and discovered it. (Also ended up finding the original volvo parts cheaper on the web). I will need to lose work to visit the service department again. More
