Check Engine Light I wouldn’t recommend the service center to anyone. There is no reason why it took an entire summer and three loaner cars to resolve a check engine lig I wouldn’t recommend the service center to anyone. There is no reason why it took an entire summer and three loaner cars to resolve a check engine light. The car going back and forth into the service center and the situation being unresolved for such a long length of time. The level of customer service could definitely be worked on. There should be a certain level of humility when the service center is making the mistake. There is a disconnect and a disregard that having to bring a car back and forth to a shop is complete disruption to everyday life functioning. My impression that there was poor acceptance of the inconvenience that poor service placed on me the customer. There’s no plausible excuse that this situation had to make it up to Corporate level in order for it to be resolved. More
Something new was damaged everytime i picked up my car Everytime i picked up my car something wasnt working. It was very frustrating bc I had to keep going back with my toddler. It took 2 months fully to get my car fully going. Initially went to get my sun roof fixed. Then they messed up my steering wheel module. Then i had to leave my car there again. Then 1 week late finally realized they hit my car and messed up my bumper. Then had to wait and drop my car off again. Then wait a week and pick up my car again to only realize my cameras for 360 view was not working. I had to cancel my plans after picki g up my car while my toddler cried. Had to rush back to the dealer after leaving for them to fix it. They need to check everything in the car before giving it to the customers. This is very dangerous! I cannot drive without my camera. More

My experience Greeting promptly and met with service advisor. Because it was scheduled maintenance I waited. The waiting area was clean and had sufficient seating. When my vehicle was ready the service advisor went over work that was performed. As a courtesy the vehicle was washed. Overall pleasant experience. More

Zach is wonderful to deal with Brought my 2011 XC70 in for an intermittent working A/C. Zach kept me informed of the entire process both via phone and email. Unfortunately the issue was bigger than first expected and ended up costing twice as much. But large repair costs are part of owning a 100k+ vehicle. This is the 2nd time working with Zach. He is very forthcoming and pleasurable to deal with. When it comes to items that my other mechanic can't figure out, Queens of Volvo Service is my go to Dealership service center and Zach is by far my preferred Advisor. More
Extremely Long Hours Waiting I had an appointment for Annual State Inspection. I check in on time which is 11:24am and when I leave the place, it was 3:24pm on 8/28/2019. I just don't understand why? No one explain to me the reason! Is it because of no worker, or people go to lunch, or machine out of service, or too busy(it doesn't look like)......just no clue! More
