Extremely Long Hours Waiting I had an appointment for Annual State Inspection. I check in on time which is 11:24am and when I leave the place, it was 3:24pm on 8/28/2019. I spe I had an appointment for Annual State Inspection. I check in on time which is 11:24am and when I leave the place, it was 3:24pm on 8/28/2019. I spend 4 hours for a little sticker!!! I just don't understand why? No one explain to me the reason! Is it because of no worker, or people go to lunch, or machine out of service, or too busy(it doesn't look like)......just no clue! More

excellent service arrived early at around 7.10am ..was warmly welcomed and attended by Zack servce advisor.. service was good, but new policy wasn’t! I made an appointment for regular scheduled maintenance 3 weeks prior, but had to wait 30 minutes to be seen, which is fine. The new policy for pick u I made an appointment for regular scheduled maintenance 3 weeks prior, but had to wait 30 minutes to be seen, which is fine. The new policy for pick up and drop off service to and from service center has changed from 10 mile radius to 5 miles. I live 7 miles away! They did drive me home, but I had to find a way to pick up the car afterwards . I would have waited, but it’s difficult when I just worked 12 hours and need to work 12 hours later that night. They do not provide loaners or rentals for maintenance service. I will be returning my lease in a year, and most probably not leasing with the same dealership because of the change. More

1st year checkup of my new Volvo XC40 Everyone was very helpful in getting to the issues to address with the car. Once again, Volvo Cars of Queens exceeds my expectations Good ol' NYC streets got the best of one of my tires. I called Tammi over at Volvo freaking out because I had an event I could not be late for. She Good ol' NYC streets got the best of one of my tires. I called Tammi over at Volvo freaking out because I had an event I could not be late for. She calmly told me to come right in and she would get me out quickly. I came in, dropped off my car and went for breakfast. An hour later, Tammi called me to say my car was done (and clean FYI). Thank you!!! More
