This is Zachary Gehm / Service Advisor/ and Paul / one of the mechanics at the location/. They are such a nice people. Here is a thing about service. I’m dealing wi cars a very long time. To be honest 48 years. The latest that I have is a 2016 Volvo XC90. Just came at the beginning of 2016 and I felt in love! So I switch from 2013 AUDI Q7 to new shape 2016 VOLVO XC90. I get it from NJ, I serviced first in KARP VOLVO location then I check different locations such Ramsey VOLVO in NJ, Great Neck VOLVO, Riley VOLVO in Stamford CT and now I’m here Queens Bayside VOLVO. I never drive VOLVO before, but I know a lot about cars. That is a biggest part of my life. I was mechanic when I was 16 year old, now I’m gonna be 66 soon and I’m betting now on my safety, so that’s why I am with VOLVO. I can make that review very long but that is not most important. Most important to everyone that own the latest modern cars to have the right place for service. Mechanical stuff is a standard, but electronics, digital stuff and computer digital software upgrade connected server is important to every car to be in a good shape. And with that classical old time mechanics has nothing to do. Anyway, I think I found the place and location that I needed and the right stuff that servicing in there. I forget to say that I live in Astoria, NY witch is part of Queens,NY and Thanks to HELMS Auto Group I not suppose to go Riley VOLVO in Stamford,CT or further. Thanks! More

Not as expected Went in for heated mirror not able to heat up. Got it back problem fixed but noticed scratches on the mirror housing, Noticed also wood panel got chip Went in for heated mirror not able to heat up. Got it back problem fixed but noticed scratches on the mirror housing, Noticed also wood panel got chipped from last visit but did not mention to the dealer figuring may be only once in the blue moon that things like this happened. But twice in a row, really not acceptable. More

Excellent service I used to work with Tammi who was very kind and always took care of my concern. Now Zach came on board and he was as good as Tammi. Zach took care of the service on my XC90 and even the NYS inspection fee for me. Zach explained everything in detail. I came out of the service dept. of Volvo Cars of Queens feeling very comfortable.
