Lissette - I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your experience at our service department. From what I can see in your records, the vehicle initially came to us because it stalled after a stop. Unfortunately, it worked correctly when it arrived to us and no fault codes were found in the computer that would point to the source of the stall. After checking the vehicle over and performing a lengthy test drive in excess of 30 miles, the problem was not duplicated. In short, at this point we found nothing to fix and so returned the vehicle. Intermittent problems of this sort are difficult to diagnose and certainly frustrating for everyone concerned. After the second stall event, we were able to reproduce the problem. The start/stop feature that turns the vehicle off at a stop and starts the engine again when the accelerator is depressed was at fault. The starter motor was not restarting the engine reliably. This motor was replaced under warranty at no cost. The $2700 charge incurred was for tires, brake pads and rotors. Again, I'm sorry you were disappointed in your last visit, and we will do our best to meet your expectations in the future.

CHRISNG0214 - I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the way you were treated in our service department. Courtesy loaner vehicles are scheduled with appointments to ensure that a car is available when you visit. The appointment process should have been explained when the vehicle was picked up new at the showroom. My apologies if it was not. I've spoken with Zachary, your service advisor, and asked him to reach out to correct the steering wheel alignment. As was the case before, there will be no charge for this service. If Zach spoke of a potential charge during your initial visit it was as a safeguard in the event evidence of impact to the underside of the vehicle was found when the vehicle was looked at in the shop.
