Worst service center! No loaners cars available every time. Poor customer service. Not a luxury brand and not 5 star worthy! Leased Volvo XC90 for 2.5 years now, and such a terrible experience. First da time. Poor customer service. Not a luxury brand and not 5 star worthy! Leased Volvo XC90 for 2.5 years now, and such a terrible experience. First day driving the car, city safety feature doesn’t work even after taking it to the service center. I had to bring back the car to have it serviced for an entire day. Shame on me for keeping the lemon. After 2 years, vehicle needs to have all 4 brakes and routers replaced. For the last week, car needed to be jumped started twice. Brought in vehicle to be evaluated one hour prior to closing, only checked main battery, which was fine. Vehicle returned after a week for reoccurring issue, to find out there’s a computer glitch with possible electrical issue. I’m carless for 2 days now with no loaner and no management to follow up after requesting to speak with them. Lease agreement ends in 5 months. I cannot not wait for this nightmare to end. Stay away from brand, dealership, and service center. More
