No accountability. No communication We have a brand new XC-40 with 4000 miles on it. We are leasing and the purchase process at Volvo of Queens was great (Howard is a stud). But this is We have a brand new XC-40 with 4000 miles on it. We are leasing and the purchase process at Volvo of Queens was great (Howard is a stud). But this is the first issue we've had with the car, it suddenly refused to start. Car has a full charge but the computer and ignition system are not communicating and the car is rendered helpless, at, again 4k miles. When a 47,000 dollar car xxxxs the bed 6 months in, it's concerning. And the service center has done absolutely nothing to allay those concerns. We had Volvo roadside service tow it in, and for three days we got no updates, no assurances, no loaner, no nothing. The car stopped working on Sunday, June 28. It's the summer of the quarantine and while I am keeping that in perspective, we were so, so , so, so looking forward to getting out of the city that we have stayed in to work and support the community. It is weekends like this that are the reason we bought a 50K car, and to have it break while it is basically brand new is one thing. But to get no support from the dealer is quite disappointing. They've had the car a week now and we've received one call (trust me, we've called them a thousand times) letting us know that they have no idea. Cool. More

failed to clear diagnostic I had an annual oil change and recalls addressed. When I picked up the car the "Blind Spot sensor" status was still lit. Staff are not friendly. I brought my 2019 XC-90 in for regular maintenance and a State Inspection. The car was not washed and cleaned when I picked it up.
