All good but have not been to a service center that doesn’t offer loaner cars in 20 years. Very disappointed especially for a luxury car dealer. doesn’t offer loaner cars in 20 years. Very disappointed especially for a luxury car dealer. More

It looks she totally forgot about it. Very unprofessional. More
Zachary guided me through the process seamlessly. Kudos. Service was as expected. Full scan done, just an update needed. Will return for in the future. Kudos. Service was as expected. Full scan done, just an update needed. Will return for in the future. More
Zach was very attentive and helpful. I'm a bit disappointed that I booked a month in advance and didn't get my car equivalent as a loaner. It also took 5 days to have a very routine service done. disappointed that I booked a month in advance and didn't get my car equivalent as a loaner. service is the worst ever go somewhere else but not here July 11th, 2020 Hello, my name is Yma Sherren I’m writing to make a complaint about Volvo Service Dept. of Queens Volvo located in Baysid July 11th, 2020 Hello, my name is Yma Sherren I’m writing to make a complaint about Volvo Service Dept. of Queens Volvo located in Bayside NY. I had an appointment on Wednesday, July 8th for 8am with its service department which was made some time before the 8th of July. It was for a service overdue light that was on, on a 2013 Volvo C30 R Design , which I hade just bought with 43,000 miles on it that shipped in from California. My husband wanted the Volvo dealer he bought his XC 90 Inscription from at Queens Volvo, Bayside to perform the 40,000 mile service that was assumed to be overdue. Based upon a dashboard warning light. After waiting the entire Wednesday to hear from the service department when the car would be ready there was no communication whatsoever. . The next day Thursday July 9th there still was no word, so I called and left a message by phone and via text message saying I wanted to know what was going on with my car… no call back. I did receive a text back saying that my car had made in into the shop but then there was a problem with their computer that scans the car so it had not yet been touched after two full days in the shop. I texted the service rep saying that I needed the car and I would appreciate a call by the end of that second day, or that I’d be back the next morning, Friday, to pick it up! I felt every story I was told had absolutely no truth to it and I was just being ignored. My Husband also had left a message on Thursday at approximately 4:40 pm telling them we’d be back to pick up the car and not to tell us any more stories. He did not get the courtesy of a call back either. There was no further correspondence call or text… my husband and I went to pick up the car on the third morning, Friday, and saw people waiting for their cars who presumably had appointments like I had been given, albeit on that Friday, and whose vehicles were being serviced on the same day as their appointments. Their cars were being taken care of while mine had been ignored for two days. My husband had an appointment with them fo a 20,000 mile service which he promptly canceled and strongly voiced his extreme displeasure at the unprofessional treatment we were given. I have no issue with the representatives at the front desk, I’m sure they are just following orders from management to book as many cars as possible without concern for customer satisfaction. Taking in work that is not going to be performed, making appointments that are not going to be honored and subsequently taking in other work that is moved to the front of the line, is just bad business. My husband had witnessed some similar problems with this service department but tried them thereafter and things seemed to be OK after he complained to the sales dept. at Queens Volvo where he bought his XC 90 Inscription. We like Volvo products but these bad tastes will remain when we consider replacement vehicles in the future. We are obviously not pleased with this horrible treatment and even overheard one employee say the they should not be asked to take in more work than they can handle. We expected our C30 to be serviced the day of our appointment, Wednesday, an appointment we had to wait to get in the first place. I would not recommend this service department or or Queens Volvo to anyone considering purchasing a new Volvo or servicing one. I am sorry to have to inform you of this but it is no way to do business and it reflects poorly on the otherwise fine vehicles you sell. Yma Sherren More
Could have been better Took almost 2 weeks to fix but attendant could not get a ready date beforehand. I had to threaten to cancel and take my car back. A miracle happened. Took almost 2 weeks to fix but attendant could not get a ready date beforehand. I had to threaten to cancel and take my car back. A miracle happened. Car was ready the next day. Then went to pick up my car but they couldn't find it. It took another half hour to find. I got in my car and the seat was moved all the way up (for a very short person). I could not get in. I told the attendants and they would get someone to look at it. After another half hour I started the car a couple of times and the power seat went back to its original position and I drove off. I was an hour late to work. More
