Zach was very attentive and helpful. I'm a bit disappointed that I booked a month in advance and didn't get my car equivalent as a loaner. It also took 5 days to have a very routine service done. More

Ms. Sherren - I apologize for not being able to service your C30 in the two days that it was with us. The volume of emergency visits to the shop was significantly more than average in the first half of July. Folks appeared to be comfortable visiting a service shop after having avoided repairs for the past 2 months. Essentially, 2 months worth of repairs came to the shop in a few weeks. So yes, for a few weeks demand exceeded capacity in the shop and even those with appointments were forced to wait for their vehicle to be repaired. I realize that this is our problem and not yours, so I thank-you for your understanding and assure you that we have sufficient capacity for the volume of repairs we are seeing now, a couple of weeks after your visit. My apologies for the inconvenience.

Could have been better Took almost 2 weeks to fix but attendant could not get a ready date beforehand. I had to threaten to cancel and take my car back. A miracle happened. More

Mr. Milian - Two weeks is obviously a long time to repair an AC compressor. Unfortunately, it did take a week for us to receive the part from the factory, whose parts delivery schedule was disrupted by COVID. On top of the delayed parts delivery, the volume of emergency visits to the shop was significantly more the average for a few weeks. Mr. Ahmed - I apologize for the confusion on our part. We did, in fact, have a client who took the vehicle to Boston and incurred substantial toll charges in the loaner before it was assigned to you. Unfortunately, there is no infraction date on the ticket we received. The only date was the invoice date of the charges to us, which was mistakenly used to determine who had the vehicle at the time that the charges were incurred. I understand that some time after this review was written, you were contacted and our mistake was explained. Again, my apologies. Thank you. (866) 414-8542

Mr. Benito - My apologies for the excessive time it took to repair your XC-40 and the lack of communication from the service advisor. As you know by now, the no-start problem was caused by a cross-threaded bolt that resulted in an intermittent ground, preventing power from going to the starter. Unfortunately, the volume of emergency visits to the shop was significantly more than average in the first half of July when your vehicle came in. Folks appeared to be comfortable visiting a service shop at that time after having avoided repairs for the past 2 months. Essentially, 2 months worth of repairs came to the shop in a few weeks. So yes, for a few weeks demand exceeded capacity in the shop and everyone waited longer than usual for their vehicle to be repaired. I realize that this is our problem and not yours, so I thank-you for your understanding and assure you that we have sufficient capacity for the volume of repairs we are seeing now, a couple of weeks after your visit. Regarding the lack of communication, I spoke with Zach, and he relayed to me that your vehicle was actually repaired late Friday but was held over the weekend to test the repair and ensure that it was robust. Our mistake was in not communicating this to you. My apologies for the inconvenience.

No malfunction from maintenance service performed so far. I maybe mistaken, but I understood that the vehicle would also be cleaned ( at least exteriorly) in this Covid 19 times. More
