Sales associate at the dealership was excellent but the advisor at service center was not responsive. The service adviser promised me to order the part that I needed to replace and she said she would call advisor at service center was not responsive. The service adviser promised me to order the part that I needed to replace and she said she would call me when the part in but I’ve been waiting more than two weeks so far and never got a phone call from her. It looks she totally forgot about it. Very unprofessional. More
