It took some easy steps to book a time on Volvo's website for 10000miles check. They did all the checks (including factory recalls for the model of the car) as well as the inspection at once so it was really for 10000miles check. Very inexperienced staff , they have different information from car insurance dates etc... when you call always fall on a secretary assistance , that only does take messages! I had my car brought there on Friday 8/21. Five days later I called to ask if they could tell me when the car would be looked so I could decide if I needed to rent a car for work the next week. No one answered the phone on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. I left messages all three days for Hema Pooran explaining that I just wanted to know the timeline and I never received a call back/ On Monday 8/31---10 days after leaving my car I came to the shop and had it towed elsewhere. Hema Pooran who had ignored my calls, was unpleasant with me immediately when I showed up. She was not doing anything and when I gestured that I had a question yet she told me to had to go to the information desk. I did and they told me to go right back to her. At that point she only dealt with me because I directly told her that the information desk had sent me back to her. I also left a message for the manager after I realized Henna was not going to call me back. He never returned my calls. I also calls the sales center who said they would send an urgent message to return a call to me. No one ever called back. More
A part was needed for sunroof problem was ordered but had to make new appointment from scratch once part arrived and wait 4 more weeks.
