I booked my appointment 2 months earlier because of the Covid 19 situation and I wanted to be admitted 1st for service. Everything went well and right on time. Outstanding service! I left my car at this Service center on a Friday, and then over the weekend I had an emergency that required me to fly to California (my home state) on Monday. As the Service Center is c on a Friday, and then over the weekend I had an emergency that required me to fly to California (my home state) on Monday. As the Service Center is closed on the weekends (only during COVID? I can't remember if this used to be the case), I was unable to pick up my car when it was ready on Monday afternoon. The Service Center didn't miss a beat when I asked if I could keep it there until my return--the FOLLOWING Monday. They said of course, no problem. Everyone who works here is so kind! 10/10. More

Service Dept / Manager refused to honor a tire warranty from the tire manufacturer. Car was 7 days old and had a defective tire. Warranty states: new car dealer is responsible for replacing a defective w from the tire manufacturer. Car was 7 days old and had a defective tire. Warranty states: new car dealer is responsible for replacing a defective warrantied tire on behalf of the tire manufacturer. They refused to replace tire because I did not purchase an additional dealer upcharge warranty through the dealership. Absolute horrific customer service...especially on a one week old car. More
