Service Dept / Manager refused to honor a tire warranty from the tire manufacturer. Car was 7 days old and had a defective tire. Warranty states: new car dealer is responsible for replacing a defective w from the tire manufacturer. Car was 7 days old and had a defective tire. Warranty states: new car dealer is responsible for replacing a defective warrantied tire on behalf of the tire manufacturer. They refused to replace tire because I did not purchase an additional dealer upcharge warranty through the dealership. Absolute horrific customer service...especially on a one week old car. More

Issue with car sunroof was corrected and no issue after a couple of weeks since repaired. The process could have been better. I been to the service 4 times in 3.5 years. I experienced the worst service ever. Delayed of waiting time, didn’t get stuffs done and this time they made me wait for 2 days when I was told it only takes abou the worst service ever.
