First available appointment set 3 weeks prior for Oil/filter change and state inspection. I'm a senior so did not want to wait indoors and it was raining. I questioned the service advisor (nice guy) Oil/filter change and state inspection. I'm a senior so did not want to wait indoors and it was raining. I questioned the service advisor (nice guy) if it would be completed within 1.5hrs and no later or would go home, he checked and assured it would. Finally, 2:15hrs later was handed an outrageous bill for an oil/filter change of $150.00 plus $37.00 for the inspection. CAR WAS NOT DISINFECTED so asked and was handed some paper towels and a squirt bottle of disinfectant. WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!! I will never service there again. This is my 5th Volvo. More

Overall service was ok however I was not notified that my vehicle would be kept overnight until I followed up late in the day. I was not able to make alternate plans. I booked my appointment 2 months earlier because of the Covid 19 situation and I wanted to be admitted 1st for service. Everything went well and right on time. My vehicle was serviced for the annual DMV Sa Covid 19 situation and I wanted to be admitted 1st for service. Everything went well and right on time. My vehicle was serviced for the annual DMV Safety inspection, a recall for windshield wiper mounting nut and check the rear trunk self opening door.I came in at 7:30 and was out about 9:10 AM. More

Outstanding service! I left my car at this Service center on a Friday, and then over the weekend I had an emergency that required me to fly to California (my home state) on Monday. As the Service Center is c on a Friday, and then over the weekend I had an emergency that required me to fly to California (my home state) on Monday. As the Service Center is closed on the weekends (only during COVID? I can't remember if this used to be the case), I was unable to pick up my car when it was ready on Monday afternoon. The Service Center didn't miss a beat when I asked if I could keep it there until my return--the FOLLOWING Monday. They said of course, no problem. Everyone who works here is so kind! 10/10. More
