Everything went nicely, no pressure, the entire buying process was smooth and efficient. I took one star off for the following reason. The car I leased was a loaner and it had a scratch on the passenger process was smooth and efficient. I took one star off for the following reason. The car I leased was a loaner and it had a scratch on the passenger side rear fender flare - not a big deal, but I asked my salesperson to address it. So, she went and "wiped" it out, which made it invisible (I was picking up the car in the evening). Needless to say, when I saw the car next morning at the day light, the scratch was still there. As I said, it's not a big deal, but I'd rather not being responsible for this scratch when the time comes to return the car. Thank you More
