There is always something wrong with the car’s media display. It shuts off or glitches since I first got the car two years ago. The service team ‘fix’ the problem only for it to glitch once again. I got display. It shuts off or glitches since I first got the car two years ago. The service team ‘fix’ the problem only for it to glitch once again. I got the car back Saturday and it glitched again on Thursday, 5 days later. Also, when I picked up the car from service, it was left unwashed. When I mentioned this, they took the car back to wash and returned it to me with a wet seat. Bug drops of water all over the front passenger seat. It seems to me that 1. The car has consistent tech problems (including and overheating media console), and 2. The service team is not detail-oriented, to put it nicely. I don’t have time to keep bringing the car in for the same issues and these are only a few of the problems I’ve had since getting this car. Needless to say, I won’t be staying with the Volvo brand once my lease is up. More
