The dealerships that I frequent span across both high-end and low-end manufacturers. Earlier this year, my wife and I were recently on the market for a new XC90 SUV. Being very specific with the trim, color combination, options, packages and accessories that we wanted, I reached out to a number of Volvo dealerships in the New York area. After quickly weeding through the crowd, I opted to proceed with Volvo Car of Queens. I cannot say enough about Danny Brendler (Sales) and Melissa Evans (General Manager), as they are the reason for my 5-star review. Danny is not only very friendly, knowledgeable and professional -- but he’s also extremely patient and honest. The latter two traits are a rarity in car salesmen these days, especially when dealing with very particular, hard-nosed and well-informed customers, such as myself. While our entire journey took several months to complete (I was not in a rush, so we placed a custom order from Sweden), Danny was there to provide customer support and promptly answer all of my questions every step of the way. In the end, I was extremely satisfied with both the amazing deal and overall level of service that I received. Unlike other dealerships in the New York area, when dealing with Danny and Melissa at Volvo Cars of Queens, you always feel respected and never rushed or pressured into making any decisions. A huge added plus is that the paperwork process with Melissa went very smoothly (in and out in under an hour) with no fuss and no games – which was very nice. Overall, I highly recommend Volvo Cars of Queens – but be sure to ask for Danny! More
