From start to finish he never for a moment pressured me, nor did he ever play any of the games typically associated with car shopping. Milan in finance followed suit and continued the experience Danny initiated. As an aside, I should note that this my second Volvo, the other bought from a different dealer. The experience at THAT dealer was so bad I'd almost wholly sworn off the brand... The experience with Danny was so wholly different that in the first few minutes of our meeting I was willing to give the brand another chance. And I'm so glad I did... Specifically, Danny, who worked with us from Day 1 (OSD process took about 10 months which we were aware of before deciding to do OSD, this experience is truly once in a lifetime and I highly recommend it). Since this was the first time this dealership placed an OSD order, it was a learning process for them and for us. But, it was done in a professional, welcoming manner. But it was a black Friday morning and I was strolling along looking for a dealership. 0700 every dealer on the block was CLOSED every one including Volvo, but when I looked inside through the window a man inside seen me and said to hold on while I open the door. Now what he said sold me. He said to me " We are closed now but I will help you anyway." I replied " No thanks I’m not looking to buy" I know I lied but you know he's a salesman. He said to me "It’s okay our doors are always open feel free to help yourself to some coffee and tea and look around." That right there sold me a car. Him knowing that I may not be a sale and still keeping his doors open as well as providing me with service told me that they weren’t only about the sale but they were about the experience. I spoke to a salesman named Danny great man, very knowledgeable of the vehicle and as well as the incentives. After he showed me the cars and its features I ended up leasing a fully loaded 2018 XC90 Inscription. After speaking to the finance manager Milan, I got a better deal than any other Mercedes, Lexus, Infinity dealership gave me for a bigger and better car!
