Was a smooth drop off and pick up experience. Unfortunately, there was no communication and my car was there for over five hours. Was definitely not a great experience and because of this now I have to go back again to have an alignment performed after spending my entire day waiting for my car. More

Service center is not focussed on customer satisfaction. They seem inattentive and miss items that should have not been missed like resetting engine diagnostic alerts. I have had to return to service center on numerous occasions because service was not completed properly first time. I have told service advisor I was not happy and I have given feedback in survey. Nothing seems to change. And I have never been contacted by management to see why I was unhappy. This is my second vehicle from this dealership. With first vehicle I felt the service department was more focussed on customer satisfaction but has steadily gone downhill. More
