Great Experience at Volvo We all know what a nightmare dealing with auto dealerships and their sales staff can be. This was certainly not the case at Volvo Cars of Queens and We all know what a nightmare dealing with auto dealerships and their sales staff can be. This was certainly not the case at Volvo Cars of Queens and our salesperson Branden. Almost all of our negotiating was easily done online. Branden was quick to respond to our inquiries and provide any information for which we asked. We were invited to test drive the car with absolutely no pressure when the cars they had did not match the one we were looking for. Branden researched all vehicles in the tristate area, until he found what we wanted. The car was delivered to us in pristine condition after having made a financial arrangement satisfactory to both me and my wife. There is a Volvo dealer within 5 miles of my home who was not even willing to negotiate, or take my current vehicle off lease early. Queens Volvo was most accommodating. I can honestly say it was a pleasure dealing with them and I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend their dealership and Branden! More

We got the Volvo 2018 xc60 T6 from Mr. Patrick Chang who can speak Mandarin and very patient. Both of us do not have a lot of experiences in buying a car but we've researched SUV for a week. It was a pleasant shopping experience Mr. Ron Herring gave us a HUGE discount after twice negotiations (more than 10%). Highly recommended this dealership. More

Disappointed I had my car in for a regular service on August 14th. I sat and waited about 2-3 hours. Last week a red light appeared saying,"Engine coolant low,stop I had my car in for a regular service on August 14th. I sat and waited about 2-3 hours. Last week a red light appeared saying,"Engine coolant low,stop safely" followed by a red triangle. I brought the car in and again waited about 2 hours. I was told normal level is about 2 inches and there was only less than 1/4 inch! The car was worked on only 3 weeks prior.....why wasn't this taken care of???? Volvo has a good reputation. My time is valuable and I want a safe car! More
