I’ve been to Volvo service centers where I was told brakes were needed when they weren’t and they missed a serious problem with the axle. I don’t live near this service center but I wouldn’t take the car anywhere else. Tami is great, and as for mechanics, Bobby is absolutely amazing. More

Great servicing experience Found two nails on one tire. Called the service department for a walk-in fix. Got to the store at 3pm on Friday. I showed the pictures I took for the Found two nails on one tire. Called the service department for a walk-in fix. Got to the store at 3pm on Friday. I showed the pictures I took for the nails to the rep Zack Gehm. It didn't take long when Zack Gehm came back to me telling me the good news that both nails were not punctuated therefore no need to replace the tire. Big relief! I also asked to get my tired rotated. Everything went very smooth. They also offered a car wash but I didn't do it so the car just got washed over the weekend. Very happy with the result and services. Thanks Zack. More
