Professional and Courteous Service I arrived for my service appointment and was greeted promptly and advised about the service they’d be doing. When the day before we were coming to pickup the vehicle I advised him that another dealer advised me that there was an incentive on our XC40, he immediately went to UPPER management & secured the incentive resulting in a very large reduction in the monthly lease payment. Finally, when there was an issue with the “panoramic” roof the day we picked up the car, he drove us home, took the vehicle straight to service & we had the car back within 15 minutes. And last but not least, as both my wife & I have never had such a totally computerized vehicle, not only did Branden sit & review ALL the various settings etc, but he also gave us his cell # so that we might call him at anytime with any questions with respect to any of the various choices we could make, as well as helping us figure out what we could not figure out ourselves. Throughout the process Branden was always courteous and kind, something we don’t always see in salesman. To sum up I would highly recommend dealing with this young man at this dealership More

One part of service not satisfied everything was good except, when i made appointment for loaner but didn't have loaner for me when i got there at the time of appointment. I think they should call me if there are no loaner due to such and such i would understand but instead they let me know after i got there wih additional waited at the waiting area for at least 15 minutes. From the moment I walked in he was pleasant and receptive. I have honestly never had such a wonderful experience when buying a car. He was able to find the color combination I wanted and offered me a wonderful price. The pick up a few days later was smooth and seamless. I love my new car thanks to them! More
