The staff here actually cares about customer service and doesn’t play any of the annoying “car dealer games.” Matthew and Michael helped me pick the right car for me and they took the time to explain all the features and answer all the questions I had without trying to hype me up about them. Even a minor issue that I had with the car after I took it home (the mirrors not folding when I locked the car) Michael did a follow up call and walked me through resetting them and everything is up and running now. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Volvo and with my new car too (I changed my mind from leasing a Mercedes) I will be coming back and I will recommend this dealership to my friends as well. Listened to what I wanted , very patience , helpful , not pushy , honest and friendly guy. Would definitely recommend Volvo cars of queens to anyone looking to buy or lease, you will not be disappointed . I also work with Mathew Villacis from the financial department, again another smooth process , he was very patience with me , informative , great experience overall. More

Don't waste your TIME!!!! I called for an appointment to get a check engine light service as the light was on in my car. I was told they do not do this on Saturdays, which is I called for an appointment to get a check engine light service as the light was on in my car. I was told they do not do this on Saturdays, which is ridiculous for working people. And, would have to wait about 1-2 weeks for an appointment. My tire had a "bubble" in it and when I told them I had a tire warranty, I was told they had to check. When I didn't get a response from anyone, I called my salesperson in Bayside and had them send the warranty. I had to do their job! After much complaining on my part, they finally told me they would take care of my car. No, I would not recommend your service center, as your service is terrible. I used to have a Lexus, now they KNOW how to treat their customers and their service is GREAT and yes, they do engine light checks on Saturdays. Take a lesson from Lexus................. More

An unexpected pleasure I had previously leased 2 cars from Karp Volvo in Rockville center. I found that dealership impossible to visit without an appointment. I made an app I had previously leased 2 cars from Karp Volvo in Rockville center. I found that dealership impossible to visit without an appointment. I made an appointment with the same salesman that helped me twice before, he then cancelled it. My wife suggested I try Volvo of Queens. I called and went over that evening. I met with Peter Fearon. He made us feel comfortable and gave us a test drive of the restyled SC60. We made a deal 2 days later at a good price. Peter located my car at another dealer and I had my car in 5 days. More
