Within just 10 minutes, he found one and used his corporate connections to secure it for me. He also ensured I received every possible rebate and discount, including Costco, Loyalty, and AMA incentives. Zackary was honest, punctual, and highly professional. I highly recommend asking for Zackary if you're planning to buy a Volvo. After I purchased the car and was ready to take it home, JP introduced himself as the technical guide. He patiently walked me through the entire Volvo software setup and operations. I now understand more about Volvo's systems than I did when I bought my previous XC40 two years ago in Westchester County. I give an A+ to both Zackary and Jean Paul. I have a 2013 Volvo S60. I was having issues with my car key fob. I ordered 2 key fobs. Would anyone like to guess how much 2 replacement key fobs cost? $1,000 dollars!!!
