After a long day at work for all parties, Jamie Rodriguez greeted us; he was professional and genuinely interested in assisting us to find a model and price range that met our needs. Mr. Rodriquez reviewed the components of each package and did a compare and contrast, differentiating the price point for each component and package. After making a decision and working out the details we purchased a vehicle (2016 XC70). Mr. Rodriguez took an extraordinary amount of time after the sale to review each feature and how to navigate the technology that enhances the vehicle’s features and driving experience. The vehicle was washed and filled with gas before we left the lot. Michael Licciardi (Sales Manager) was very professional, patient and methodical as we posed a multitude of questions to finalize the financial portion of the sale. Joe Parisi, the Owner/General Manager introduced himself to us in the showroom and made himself available if we needed assistance. Nice touch! More
