Poor communication. Took car in for service early in the am and was told possibly would have car back baring any unforeseen trouble within 2-3 hours. I called after 6 hours without any call from service department alerting me to issues and was told that I would be called by 4:30 at least a hour before service department closed to inform me if car would need to left overnight. No call at 4:30 so I drove to dealership as I needed wheelchair for morning appointment and then waited another hour for my care to be washed. A previous visit to dealership I was offered free car wash and was told it would take a few minutes and again I waited one hour for my car. After informing Joe Parisi and another gentleman of my former experience both truly did not seem to care and shrugged their shoulders. P.S. Service department made a follow-up call to inquire regarding their service and I was unavailable but called back and have yet to receive a return call. I have been a longtime Volvo owner but will never use this dealership nor recommend them but will make sure if asked others will be made aware of their poor communication skills. More
