I am also glad that we identified that the used car you purchased at another dealer has an aftermarket battery that may be causing some of your issue and may not have been up to par with the standards that our pre owned and certified cars are that we sell here. Please let us know if you would like to take us up on the offer to investigate further and try to assist you. Best Wishes Volvo of Bonita Springs I have spoken with Brandon about your issue and unfortunately there is a difference of opinion here. We would be happy to discuss this with you in person, but the used car you purchased at CarMax may not have been up to par with the standards that our pre owned and certified cars are that we sell here. Additionally you have an aftermarket battery in your vehicle (Not a VOLVO OEM Battery), thus your battery is not covered under the Volvo Warranty. I believe we have tried to assist you on multiple counts, but if the vehicle is running properly and doesn't show fault codes when we run our diagnostics there isn't much we can do via the Volvo Factory Warranty.
