My purchase was a xc60 and although I have just a few miles on it, it is the best car I have ever owned. Our dealer experience was excellent. All staff members are warm, friendly and very helpful. I got all my questions answered, they were respectful and extremely helpful and I couldn’t be happier. There were some scratches on the backend of the car at the cargo entry probably from loading and unloading suitcases. They said they would take care of it - I expected paint but instead they replaced the part. The buying process was relatively painless as I expected. I have had two Volvo’s previously and I buy them because I feel the price negotiation process is honest and respectful as it was in this situation. Spencer Suddeth and Tyler Biffer were great to work with and each went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the car and with their service. More
Best buying experience of my lifetime. I am 79 years old and have bought or leased cars approx every 3 years for my wife and myself. That translates into many encounters over the years and I never looked forward to the experience. I eventually purchased what I wanted but always left with the feeling I had been had. Kyle Benz, the salesman that I dealt with was low key, very knowledgable , and let the car sell itself. I told Kyle after we completed the deal that I respected his approach and knew that games were not being played to get the very most out of the sale for the dealership. Professional is how I would describe Kyle. The rest of the dealership supported a feel good process. We will see how the experience goes through the life of this purchase but If the service level/ response remains at the current level I will continue to do business with Volvo Cars Of Naples. Michael still had two service guys check it out right away and it appeared it only made the sound when it was hot out. Weird, but when it makes it again, we were told to just pop in so the mechanics can hear it. The dealership was beautiful and clean. The people there couldn’t have been nicer. This is our fifth Volvo and will stay with the brand mostly due to the exceptional service. More

However, we happened to be in Naples on Black Friday, and I wanted to test drive the new Volvo XC60, so we visited the former Volvo of Bonita Springs at their new showroom in Naples, renamed Volvo Cars of Naples. Needless to say, the experience was top notch from start to finish! First, our salesman, Harry Peek was awesome. He is a low pressure guy with a lot of knowledge about the vehicles. As we sat down to crunch numbers, we were joined by managing partner, Joe Parisi, who apologized about their past performance and set out to make things right. He accomplished his goal! The dealership is beautiful and the staff is welcoming. There are plenty of places to lounge and their refreshment bar is a welcome addition! We are now shifting our business back to Volvo of Naples. They made it right and we really appreciate it. Oh, and I love my new XC60!!! More

Pleased with my purchase and experience I purchased a previously owned Cadillac CTS which appeared to be in excellent condition, the car was sold with a 60 day 2000 mile warranty included. After the purchase I had the car checked over and found there was an issue with the engine; the next day I called my salesman and was told to bring the car back and they would see what they could do to remedy the issue. The issue was resolved and I feel I have a very nice car, for a very fair price, that will last for many years. I was pleasantly surprised at how willing everyone was to correct the problem with as little inconvenience as possible for me. All in all it was a GOOD experience! More
