Great Customer relations My family and I have been Volvo fans since early 2000; in Europe while serving in the military, we purchased our first S60 T-5 and then went to Sweden My family and I have been Volvo fans since early 2000; in Europe while serving in the military, we purchased our first S60 T-5 and then went to Sweden to watch our XC70 final inspection and receive the vehicle. In any case, we have purchased the S60R, S40. and even the 2017 XC90 fantastic vehicle. My wife wanted to trade in the XC90 for the new XC40. I will tell you I was greeted by a young man, Robert, who served in the military and saw my hat with military logos. I immediately had dialog with this man as I served 32 years and he knew our expectations on purchasing a new vehicle. We received a call the next morning that a deal fell through on a new 2019 XC40 and if we wanted to look at it to come in. My wife wanted the vehicle so the rest lead to meeting a bunch of professional and we didn't get hustled only great service. I salute Robert, Ron, Joe, all military and Theresa! It was a great experience and I ended up driving out with the beautiful Amazon Blue XC 40 off the showroom floor.(which somebody wanted to buy as they were walking in the dealership!!) We waited until now to add our review in order to capture our overall experience. We were fans of another brand but now we are newbies to Volvo. We really like it! We can honestly attest to the professionalism, attentiveness and kindness of the staff in this dealership. Harry Peek assisted us with the purchase and was very patient with us throughout the process. Ron Belson processed our paperwork and it was indeed a pleasant experience. There were no surprises after our initial signature. The service afterwards was excellent, Eric Hand was very attentive. The service included a oil change and replacement a couple of parts under warranty. The only matter we were a bit disappointed with is that the used car could of been detailed better for the purchase but other than that our overall experience was and has been excellent. -John & Marie G More

It's obvious Robert takes great pride in his job and the Volvo vehicles. I was also considering an Audi or Genesis. My new S90 is the most amazing ride I tested and the safety features make me feel safer than I ever have in a car. I absolutely LOVE my new car and I doubt I will ever drive anything else. It's beautiful, speedy and comfortable as one could want. Blows away my previous Lincoln. Robert, thank you so much for being amazing and answering all my questions pre and post purchase.
